How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open your device Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, choose Zilpha, and you can change or cancel there. If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged.

How does the free trial work?

The trial gives you full access for the trial period. It converts to a paid subscription only if you don't cancel before it ends. You can cancel any time from Subscriptions in your Apple account.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, open Zilpha, and use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.

How do I delete my data?

Zilpha keeps your details on your device and under an anonymous identifier on our server. Deleting the app removes what is stored on your device. To erase records on our side, email support@zilpha.eu and we'll take care of it.

Do I need an account?

No. Zilpha works without an account, email, or password. We keep things anonymous by design.

Is Zilpha real fortune telling?

Zilpha is for guidance, reflection, and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
